Our highly-trained staff includes registered nurses, home health aides, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and all are trained to know how to address individual client needs and provide the level of comprehensive care necessary for recovery and health in a home setting.
First Choice Home Care is licensed by the Virginia Department of Health. We provide skilled and personal care to children with specials needs, seniors, disabled, individuals dealing with lifelong challenges and those recuperating from injury or surgery. Therefore we work with families to secure the right care provider within the home environment to assist with all tasks associated with skilled and personal care.

We won’t send just anyone to your home. Once we know your needs, we will place the most compatible caregiver to help you with what you need. Our caregivers become extended members of the family and we ensure that your loved one is placed with a compassionate, attentive caregiver that will provide the services your loved one needs. We screen all of our applicants extensively, including verification of licensures and certifications, health certifications, criminal background checks, professional reference checks, and we also administer competency testing, but most importantly, all carry quality professional liability insurance coverage.
